In 2016 September, Beijing Delfa new vacuum coating machine put into use. The WTX-1300/1500 vacuum coating machine adopts double electron gun, INFICON SQC-310 crystal control, which has the characteristics of high coating durability, good spectral uniformity and strong center wavelength stability.
